GBCompletely pointless company Completely pointless company. When we did fertility treatments with our first child we had no problems. Now our insurance works with WINFertility and it’s been nothing but a huge joke and run around. It’s more expensive, and it just seems like an extra middle man to go between the fertility clinic and insurance company. We had to delay our IUI cycle an entire month because we were waiting for an instance verification from WIN. Same thing for pharmacy pickups. We’re getting zero benefits but we’re forced to use them. If anybody has a choice don’t use them!!!
Former Employee
GBFormer employee Former employee - Great nurses, IT dept and customer service team. Company does a wonderful job helping patients. BUT - Director of nursing - Depends on who you talk with! FL and CT (where WIN is based) are 'work at will' states. But still does not excuse the Director from firing, with NO warning, NO explanation until I pushed for it. She stated she had no time to talk about it and should have been in a meeting instead of the call (then PLAN better!!!!). Something about taking a different direction, blah blah - All BS!!! Lost health insurance the NEXT DAY-They planned that well! And this is after working there 4 years. No working with employees for them. They frown upon verbalizing yourself, and watch out if you ask a question, crisis!!! HR is horrible. Not allowed to suggest ways to improve their processes, no transparency, lots of secrecy. No room for advancement. One RN Mgr and one RN Supervisor quit within 1 week of each other a few months ago-Nobody really knows why, but both got better jobs!!! Lots of current employees are shocked and angry with how it occurred and the behavior of the Director, also scared for their own jobs. Good luck to all potential employees!

GBCompletely useless if your employer… Completely useless if your employer uses them as an intermediary between the insurance and IVF clinic. Literally the only thing they do is approve your treatment. There is no benefit to you as a patient, no support, no counseling despite what is advertised on their website. They will approve your treatment if you have $1 left and you will get billed the entire amount as out of pocket. They don’t offer any type of assistance, bundling, advice, etc if you have any money left under your insurance plan.

GBEXCELLENT As anyone who’s gone through infertility issues knows, it can be tough. And you can have lots of questions! EVERY single time I’ve called WinFertility with a question, concern, inquiry, etc, they have been more than helpful and KIND. I can’t say enough great things about their customer service. Very helpful, patient, and thorough.

GBIf you already have insurance...they are not helping So I see someone just yesterday had the same experince I just did. I wasted my damn time. I told them several times my meds are covered through my insurance. But the quote came back to be over $24,000 and I have to get at least two meds from them (that I already have). This "savings' is $6,00 more than me just doing what I need on my own. This may be good for people without insurance or lower grade insurance. I wish everyone luck.
