GBI would give this 0 star if I could I would give this 0 star if I could. They can't even locate me in the system to start with when my insurance and company's insurance plan clearly states that Winfertility should come with my medical insurance. I called and they just said oh we'll escalate to another team to look into why and will get back to you within 2, 3 days and I never heard back. I had to call my insurnace again who reached out to them again and they still haven't looked into it. Like what is there for you guys to do when it's that hard for you to find your patients.

GBCompletely useless if your employer… Completely useless if your employer uses them as an intermediary between the insurance and IVF clinic. Literally the only thing they do is approve your treatment. There is no benefit to you as a patient, no support, no counseling despite what is advertised on their website. They will approve your treatment if you have $1 left and you will get billed the entire amount as out of pocket. They don’t offer any type of assistance, bundling, advice, etc if you have any money left under your insurance plan.
NOT HAPPY
GBAwful, just awful. Like someone else wrote, if I could give them ZERO stars, I would - it's a damn shame this isn't an option. What already is a stressful time, is quadrupled by WinFertility. It was not my choice to go with them but rather, through the company I work at, the only way to use the benefits. I still do not understand how they are controlling the funds - and truth be told, they just deny a lot so I'm forever still paying out of pocket. I don't get it and it's an absolute joke to say the least. I also don't understand how the company I work for did not do their research. Why oh God why they came to chose WinFertility is beyond me. It's been hell and with half the treatments being denied, never mind some of the medicines, it's just been a brutal experience. And then their there is there app which is an absolute joke. It does not function properly and gives very little information (and going online, lol - you can't view anything once you sign in - everything is unclickable). They also only communicate via phone so good luck with that. But don't give in, just stay on the line - trust me - they won't call you back. It's just been a terribly frustrating sad experience. Too many tears. I will never recommend this company. Never.
Former Employee
GBFormer employee Former employee - Great nurses, IT dept and customer service team. Company does a wonderful job helping patients. BUT - Director of nursing - Depends on who you talk with! FL and CT (where WIN is based) are 'work at will' states. But still does not excuse the Director from firing, with NO warning, NO explanation until I pushed for it. She stated she had no time to talk about it and should have been in a meeting instead of the call (then PLAN better!!!!). Something about taking a different direction, blah blah - All BS!!! Lost health insurance the NEXT DAY-They planned that well! And this is after working there 4 years. No working with employees for them. They frown upon verbalizing yourself, and watch out if you ask a question, crisis!!! HR is horrible. Not allowed to suggest ways to improve their processes, no transparency, lots of secrecy. No room for advancement. One RN Mgr and one RN Supervisor quit within 1 week of each other a few months ago-Nobody really knows why, but both got better jobs!!! Lots of current employees are shocked and angry with how it occurred and the behavior of the Director, also scared for their own jobs. Good luck to all potential employees!

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. I’m on hold for ridiculously long periods of time when calling in, they do not return calls, rude customer service agents. I’m on hold right now as I write this review. It’s really disappointing and frustrating. I had one positive experience with a nurse initially when I had a set appointment.
