GBMidi has been a lifesaver Midi has been a lifesaver. After years of my long list of strange symptoms being ignored by doctors, or I was told to "just hang on" through perimenopause, they were the first to actually provide relief. I was very skeptical about Hormone replacement therapy (HRT), but they took the time to educate me with the research to back it about how I was misinformed about the dangers of HRT and how HRT can have multiple positive benefits. I decided to try it and I am so glad I did. Symptoms I didn't even know were related to perimenopause were resolved. My OBGYN told me I just need antidepressants and a therapist. Midi understood I needed HRT. All aspects of my life have been impacted by this journey. I am so grateful to have a provider than truly understands what is happening and has solutions! Don't waste another second thinking about it, schedule a call with Midi.

GBvery poor service- nurses are not very… very poor service- nurses are not very knowledgeable- disconnect between Midi systems and lab request, so you may show up for labs and get turned away.

GBMy Perimenopause Journey: Finding the Right Support with MIDI When I started going through perimenopause, it was a really tough time for me. I was dealing with mood swings that had me crying all the time, brain fog that made it hard to focus, and weight gain that I couldn't explain. I went to my primary doctor and gynecologist for help, but they brushed off my concerns and just wanted to put me on antidepressants. It wasn't until I reached out to MIDI and talked to Anna Lederman that I finally felt like someone was listening to me and taking my experiences seriously. Anna and I have been working together for the past two years, and she's been amazing every step of the way. She always made sure to explain everything clearly and help me understand what we were doing and why. We've had to make some adjustments along the way, but we stuck with it, and now I can honestly say that I feel like myself again. The mood swings are gone, my head is clear, and I've been able to get my weight under control. I'm so grateful to Anna and everyone at MIDI for their support and expertise. If you're going through perimenopause and feeling like your doctors aren't hearing you, I definitely recommend giving MIDI a try. They really do care, and they'll work with you to find the solutions that work best for your unique situation. Don't lose hope – there's help out there, and MIDI is a great place to start.

GBMIDI has found the right solution for women with helpful, caring, knowledgeable clinicians. MIDI has found the right solution. Making women’s health easy to reach by providing an telemedicine with clinicians who are knowledgeable, empathetic, patient, and helpful. When dealing with hormonal changes as a woman and faced with the often dismissive attitude of others in the medical field, having the complete opposite at MIDI is mind blowing. Before finding MIDI, I suffered with perimenopause and just thought I’d have to deal with the symptoms I experienced. Finding clinicians who not only said yes you can do something about this, let’s work together to make life more enjoyable for you has given me the love for live I once had again. I only hope this stays around for many, many years as the service is invaluable.

GBTheir website info about insurance is false I went through scheduling after checking their website where it states that they accept my insurance as in network (FL - Blue Cross PPO). Shortly after scheduling and completing the paperwork, they cancel my appointment and reschedule it at a different time. Not a great first impression. The night before my appointment, they send me an email that my insurance does not cover their visits - in or out of network. Again, according to their website it is covered, otherwise I would not have booked. This was very misleading. Clearly their website isn't accurate about the insurance providers that work with them. I canceled.
