Jacqueline is AMAZING!! Jacqueline is AMAZING!!! Every concern she addresses with the utmost professionalism. She also asks if there are any questions or concerns. It’s sssooo nice to FINALLY find a professional provider that cares and listens to questions and concerns. I can’t thank Jacqueline and MIDI enough. I’m so happy and grateful that I found this amazing company.

My experience with Midi My experience with Midi, has been extremely positive after years of dealing with hot flashes, brain fog, low energy and weight gain, no one told me this was all from menopause! When I found midi is was amazing! I met with my NP Marissa and right away we worked on a plan for me. And within weeks I was feeling so much better and sleeping better. Many doctors make you go through menopause and just deal with it. I am so happy they this company was formulated to help women like me and take away the stigmatism about HRTS! They help 100% I would and do recommend Midi to everyone! They care about women !

Clinicians..not Doctors. What?! So far I'm not impressed. Had my initial $250 visit with my clinician who is not a doctor. Eek. Also, they really push this "reputable supplements" provider. It was very odd. Spent a good minute or 2 on it. After discussing my care. She confirmed my Rxs and said she'd send them off. That same night I messaged the clinician thru the portal asking her to confirm my Rx's bc I had already forgotten (brain fog!). I didn't get a response so I sent an email to their customer support and asked if there was an issue with the portal. They said it could take up to 2 to 3 business days for a response.um what? It's already been 2 business days and nothing. No Rxs have been sent over either. I am not liking how this is going and feeling like the reviews are bogus because who would like this set-up at such a high price point. I was hoping by paying out of pocket I'd get more personal care and attention but it's not the case. Really disappointed and wished it was more like what the ads showed on social media. I would not recommend if you are paying out of pocket and want to actually speak with a doctor.

My Perimenopause Journey: Finding the Right Support with MIDI When I started going through perimenopause, it was a really tough time for me. I was dealing with mood swings that had me crying all the time, brain fog that made it hard to focus, and weight gain that I couldn't explain. I went to my primary doctor and gynecologist for help, but they brushed off my concerns and just wanted to put me on antidepressants. It wasn't until I reached out to MIDI and talked to Anna Lederman that I finally felt like someone was listening to me and taking my experiences seriously. Anna and I have been working together for the past two years, and she's been amazing every step of the way. She always made sure to explain everything clearly and help me understand what we were doing and why. We've had to make some adjustments along the way, but we stuck with it, and now I can honestly say that I feel like myself again. The mood swings are gone, my head is clear, and I've been able to get my weight under control. I'm so grateful to Anna and everyone at MIDI for their support and expertise. If you're going through perimenopause and feeling like your doctors aren't hearing you, I definitely recommend giving MIDI a try. They really do care, and they'll work with you to find the solutions that work best for your unique situation. Don't lose hope – there's help out there, and MIDI is a great place to start.

All lies Tells you your insurance is covered then after doing all the paperwork and scheduling they come back and say they don't take your insurance. What a scam. Update: their list of insurance companies are the ones they say are covered and then come back and say they aren't and tell you will have to pay cash.
