BEWorst medical experience ever Appt was with an NP, not MD and she provided no info or insight beyond basic understanding. She prescribed a medication and each time I asked about statistical risk for this or that she said she had over a dozen patients taking it with no problem. I tried the prescription and the side effects were awful, much worse than the severe hot flashes etc that it was supposed to treat, and it didn’t even help with that issue. Worst medical experience ever.

GBI have finally found MY PEOPLE!!! I have finally found MY PEOPLE!!!! I had a hysterectomy at age 39 after years of horrible female issues and never being able to conceive. I kept my ovaries. Fast forward to age 44 and my body (ovaries) decided it was time to close up shop. What started happening then was so unknown and frustrating. I went to my normal GYN and he said “Your ovaries need help” and put me on oral estrogen. It didn’t help me very much. (Everyone is different) I continued to have intense mood swings, hot flashes, etc. One day I saw an add for Midi and decided to check them out. I’m lucky and my insurance covers them! Within just 2.5 months I have been given the time, attention and EDUCATION on what my body is going through. I was switched to the patch and am continuing my journey with my wonderful NP from Midi. I can’t say enough good things about what they are doing for women going through this!! FINALLY we have a network dedicated to US all over the country!!!! Thank you!!!

GBClinicians..not Doctors. What?! So far I'm not impressed. Had my initial $250 visit with my clinician who is not a doctor. Eek. Also, they really push this "reputable supplements" provider. It was very odd. Spent a good minute or 2 on it. After discussing my care. She confirmed my Rxs and said she'd send them off. That same night I messaged the clinician thru the portal asking her to confirm my Rx's bc I had already forgotten (brain fog!). I didn't get a response so I sent an email to their customer support and asked if there was an issue with the portal. They said it could take up to 2 to 3 business days for a response.um what? It's already been 2 business days and nothing. No Rxs have been sent over either. I am not liking how this is going and feeling like the reviews are bogus because who would like this set-up at such a high price point. I was hoping by paying out of pocket I'd get more personal care and attention but it's not the case. Really disappointed and wished it was more like what the ads showed on social media. I would not recommend if you are paying out of pocket and want to actually speak with a doctor.

GBMIDI has found the right solution for women with helpful, caring, knowledgeable clinicians. MIDI has found the right solution. Making women’s health easy to reach by providing an telemedicine with clinicians who are knowledgeable, empathetic, patient, and helpful. When dealing with hormonal changes as a woman and faced with the often dismissive attitude of others in the medical field, having the complete opposite at MIDI is mind blowing. Before finding MIDI, I suffered with perimenopause and just thought I’d have to deal with the symptoms I experienced. Finding clinicians who not only said yes you can do something about this, let’s work together to make life more enjoyable for you has given me the love for live I once had again. I only hope this stays around for many, many years as the service is invaluable.

GBAll lies Tells you your insurance is covered then after doing all the paperwork and scheduling they come back and say they don't take your insurance. What a scam. Update: their list of insurance companies are the ones they say are covered and then come back and say they aren't and tell you will have to pay cash.
