Horrible I sent an email. Part of the harness is missing. Whether it came off in the first 15 minutes my German Shepherd wore it or it was never there, we cannot figure out. I want to return it for a refund so since you never called me, I will call the BBB

There are harness's just like yours at… There are harness's just like yours at a much cheaper price, they just don't offer to put your dogs name on them and phone number. First day I used it on my dog she lost one of the velcro patch's and her name and phone number rubbed off.

Harness I asked if I could return harness because I don't like the fit. No response to the question from the company.

Great Customer Service Be careful to include your dogs name. I did, but apparently it didn’t go through so I didn’t get it with the harness! Besides that being a disappointment, the harness is working out for my Bassett/beagle mix. NOTE: from 1 star to 5 stars — Customer Service generously stepped up to provide the labels at no charge — Again, the harness has been working great. The dog took off after a rabbit yesterday, and had it not been for the safe position of the harness on her body, I think she would have snapped her neck she pulled so hard (just sayin’). I was relieved I had this harness on her! Her name will only dazzle it now. Thank you, Customer Service.
