GBI have to re-write my review I have to re-write my review. I never received my harness, so i can't review it, but it was delivered to my apartment office, but since it was after hours, the box was left on the door mat and someone stole it. So my advice on ordering online is to make sure you have a secure and safe delivery station. I'm out $40 but Thank God it wasn't more!

GBGreat Customer Service Be careful to include your dogs name. I did, but apparently it didn’t go through so I didn’t get it with the harness! Besides that being a disappointment, the harness is working out for my Bassett/beagle mix. NOTE: from 1 star to 5 stars — Customer Service generously stepped up to provide the labels at no charge — Again, the harness has been working great. The dog took off after a rabbit yesterday, and had it not been for the safe position of the harness on her body, I think she would have snapped her neck she pulled so hard (just sayin’). I was relieved I had this harness on her! Her name will only dazzle it now. Thank you, Customer Service.

GBDog reacts to New Harness My dog would always pull when walking through the neighborhood and seemed easily distracted. I decided, due to the advertisement of no pull etc., I would try this one. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the new one. Not only has he stopped the continuously pulling action, but he looks like a movie star with his name and phone number on the sides. I have received many compliments on the color and the ability to see the phone number from a distance. We have had lost dogs in the neighborhood and the ability to see the number without approaching too closely has been valuable. Folks are often afraid to approach a lost dog to examine the collar for an attached phone number. The number on the side is easily visible at a distance. He always goes to where the leach hangs in the hallway now and barks that he wants to go for a walk. It was a great purchase and I have recommended the purchase to strangers who have asked about it. Your dog is a great loving friend and deserves the comfort of a nice leach

GBCompany failing to cooperate with 60 day guarrantee 2024-01-04 I ordered a harness on 2023-12-13; received it on or about 2023-12-18 or 19. I opened the harness and found the Fastex-type buckle required two hands to open. I emailed BetterHarness at its support address on 2023-12-21 asking if I should return the harness to the 11161 Condor Ave. return address on the original package. I have never received a reply. On 2023-12-22 I USPS mailed the harness, unused, to the Condor Ave. address. The USPS returned the package with a 2023-12-27 label stating RETURN TO SENDER NO SUCH NUMBER UNABLE TO FORWARD. Today I contacted my bank and opened a disputed claim for the $31.45. The company has not responded to my email and appears uninterested in honoring its "60 days Money Back Guarrantee."
