Got a tattoo recently and apparently… Got a tattoo recently and apparently I’m super allergic to the adhesive bandage and I developed an allergic contact dermatitis, I thought it would go away, but unfortunately it got worst, and my itch was severe that I couldn’t even sleep. Was extremely hard to get a dermatologist appointment. So glad to found this! Dr. Mandel was super fast at responding, and gave me everything I needed. The rash is almost gone now! horrible customer service I did the full payment almost 2 weeks ago and heard back from their customer service. I emailed asking about if/what I need to finish in order to get my recommendation and I haven’t heard back from anyone. 2 emails and a few phone calls saying to email them and nothing. I really wanted to give this company a chance, but not hearing from them after reaching out multiple times is frustrating when I just wanted to get some help.
