GBThis was an amazing experience This was an amazing experience! I have never used a telehealth service before and I was very impressed and surprised at how smooth this went . They make it very easy to send over your photos and within 24 hours I received a call from Dr Mandel who was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with . He gave me a diagnosis and sent a prescription to my local pharmacy within an hour . Definitely give DocBright a try !

GBNo replies after billing After billing, no replies to emails I've sent to the Dr and the general customer service email addys. This has been going on 3 months now. DocBright replies on here immediately to reviews claiming "We haven't received any email correspondence" or "check your spam folder". After a dozen unanswered emails I filled out the form again and they called in a different medicine. I email again two more times asking about the correct medicine... 3 months, no replies, no help.

GBGood service first, then ignore Good service in the beginning, once you've paid. But on my second month, after numerous tries to get a refill never get any reply from this provider. They only have a single email for everything, no phone number, live chat etc. Missing my prescription drugs and have to go elsewhere and do it all over again Very disappointed and don't recommend to deal with.
