Southampton Team Whilst I have no doubt all Lucinda Ellery salons offer wonderful experiences for their clients. The Southampton Team are exceptional. Always kind and professional they welcome you as family and make my visits comfortable and relaxed every time.

I do wish I had read these reviews… I do wish I had read these reviews before embarking on my 2nd attempt at having a Lucinda Ellery System. They refunded the initial outlay of the first system which combined with the 10 Years Younger programme re-ignited my belief in the blurb. The staff in Bristol & London were very kind. After many visits the system was refined to an acceptable standard. However, professional maintenance was required to keep it wearable. Had this been mentioned at the outset I would never have gone down the LE route. Finally, the front & side mesh wore away after 2 weeks & only 3 washes. I did not return to LE as it would obviously have been 'my fault' (& part of the repeat business plan). I reverted back to my off-the-peg wigs which everyone admires, can be customised & cost less than £200! However, I'm now awaiting a new custom made wig which includes regular maintenance. Thankyou Southampton! Ive been a client at Lucinda Ellerey for 10 years now, and used to travel to London for appointments, so I was so happy when a salon opened up in Southampton! I enjoy my visits to Southampton where the team are so welcoming and attentive, everyone makes me feel welcome and are very professional in what they do, I've never felt so relaxed and always leave the salon feeling gorgeous ! Excellent team and service.

Amazing Southampton team! 🤗 I have been going to the Southampton salon for years now and the customer service is always second to none. The manager Paoulo is always so helpful and friendly-nothing is to much trouble. I usually see Cydni for my appointments-she is so knowledgeable and friendly and knows exactly how I like my hair without me even saying anything! The whole Southampton team are fantastic, they are always so warm and welcoming. The level of knowledge and and expertise they have is exceptional-there’s nothing they don’t know about hair loss 🤗

I often cry happy tears when I look in… I often cry happy tears when I look in the mirror… the Bristol team changed my life … the difference in my mental health as well as physical look is beyond all expectations. Please please if having pretty hair again is your dearest wish then the fairy godmother team here will grant it … i prioritise my hair now, cherish my new look and can even bear to spot myself in old family pictures with so little hair… HUGE HUGS for the whole team Jo
