I went to Lucinda Ellerys with the… I went to Lucinda Ellerys with the highesst expetations and was really excited to do this process. I explained to them what I wanted and what color. They said they could not do a medium brown so mine was black which I agreed to. I also told them it was too long and she said when they layer it that would shorten it. When that time came I was told then that they could not layer it and it would not be shortened.Then when I called and complained they lied and said they told me this from the beginning which they didnt. Also if you think you will have a lot of choices in wefts I didnt. they only showed me 2 and 1 was burgandy ewww. Well I managed to get them to take it off and reimburse me for the process but I had expense for a hotel for one night and train tickets for 2 days which were not cheap but I did not get an offer to pay me back for that which between gas and everything else was close to $500. I researched a lot before deciding on going here and it has a lot of happy customer but unfortunately I was not one of them. I do believe it was because of the team that I had working on me. She did what she wanted and not what I was looking for at all. They make it sound like you have a lot of choices but you really dont even if you bring a picture of what you want but cant get. I appreciate them refunding me but the experience was a total diaster.

Amazing Southampton team! 🤗 I have been going to the Southampton salon for years now and the customer service is always second to none. The manager Paoulo is always so helpful and friendly-nothing is to much trouble. I usually see Cydni for my appointments-she is so knowledgeable and friendly and knows exactly how I like my hair without me even saying anything! The whole Southampton team are fantastic, they are always so warm and welcoming. The level of knowledge and and expertise they have is exceptional-there’s nothing they don’t know about hair loss 🤗

Fabulous Southampton Studio I cannot praise all the staff in the Southampton studio enough. Very professional and everyone is included as part of this very experienced team. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I have been attending for quite a few years now and always come away feeling a million dollars.

Great system but expensive. LE Intralace system changed my life! Edinburgh branch people are absolutely lovely and caring! I am struggling with the cost though as it is very expensive to start with and ‘aftercare’ cost can give some surprises cost wise as I don’t always understand what has been added and what has been changed. I hope I can afford to continue with LE as I would be totally lost now if I didn’t have the Intralace system.

Dt 20 I have found staff are very approachable and sensitive to how you feel having problems with hair loss. I'm about to have my system replaced and have been coming to Lucinda Ellery for 2 years now.The hair system has totally improved my confidence and I feel is natural looking. I would recommend to anyone with hair loss. Take time to think about the colour you want and what will suit you.
