I went to Better Med yesterday and Mr I went to Better Med yesterday and Mr. Zavey(sorry if I missed spelled your name) checked me in. He was very thorough and very patient with me! The nurse took me back, held my purse & arm as I was very dizzy(beautiful glasses). NP Bob (? stuffed up head) he was also very thorough and explained what to expect and what I needed to do. The facility was super clean! I had to wait for a ride so I went outside and sat on the corner. Mr. Z came out and chatted with me until my ride came! What a thoughtful & caring thing to do! I have had the very best of care at… I have had the very best of care at this Medical facility. I have been to BetterMed on numerous occasions and each time the nurses and other associates have been efficient and kind. On my last visit they quickly diagnosed Sepsis and within the hour had me rushed to a hospital. This probably saved my life! Since then I have told my story to many people and advised them of the outstanding care I received at BetterMed. Thank you for providing this kind of medical care to our communities.

I was in big trouble my covid tis had… I was in big trouble my covid tis had expired by 3 hours as is needed to be 72 hours before flying exactly so I scheduled on the phone heading home to fxbg from Reagan airport and they accommodated me at 7:20 pm had my test the next day int he afternoon and I was able to fly to my grandmas funeral. they saved the day!!!

Reception area was clean & orderly Reception area was clean & orderly, minimum wait time, staff friendly and knowledgeable. Procedure to clean & glue head wound was throughly explain (along with other options) , at home care also explained.

They only help certain people here Went in there to get help but was ignored and the white patients were taken over me even though I was there a good 30 minutes before they even arrived. They didn’t check me in either because the receptionist called her up to register. I left shortly after that act of discrimination stay far away if you’re a person of color they don’t take kind to us their. I also had to force them to speak to me when they greeted the white patients immediately after they came in.
