GBOne star is an overstatement One star is an overstatement. They charge you all this money and can't even do their job right. I was charged $200 to renew my certification months before it expired. Had my appointment the doctor said I was good to go and renewed my certification and said he'd get it sent over. A few months later I got my email from the state reminding my card was close to expiring in 30 days I paid them that night so my card would come in before my card expired so I wouldn't have any interruptions. Well my card expired my new one never came in it has been about 4 weeks since I paid it I checked the state website to find out the doctor from veriheal never sent it to the state like he stated so now I have been fighting with veriheal for 5 days now trying to resolve an issue that should of never been an issue especially with the prices they charge. I can't even get an answer as to why it was never sent over in the first place. I will not be going through them again. I do not recommend to anyone

GBIts so easy and really fast Its so easy and really fast. Video call was literally less than 2 minutes. AR canabis denied my PTSD paperwork becuse it was over a year old and i had to threaten them with my lawyer after filling out half dozen tickets for my $249 back . Veriheal took one look at my medical records and understood completely, i payed the government the $50 of what rhey could get their dat fingers in and boom several days later the card came and i delt like that Rat from Charlets Web and his Smorgasbord!

GBWhat a relief! I've been putting off getting my card because I thought it would be a huge hassle, and I didn't know how things worked. Once I was approved and registered with the state, I still didn't really know what I was doing, so when I reached out through chat, Jane was there to help me. She answered all my questions, no matter how dumb they felt. This process has been so much better than I expected. I'll be recommending to everyone I know who can be helped by this.

GBI haven’t used my Medical Marijuana… I haven’t used my Medical Marijuana card yet. The reason for that is because I have a question that I cannot find the answer too… I don’t have a MMcard because I haven’t been anywhere to purchase anything. I’m so far away from all the MN dispensary’s, at least 3-4 hours away from the closest one, BUT, I’m only 48 miles from an out of state dispensary, in SD. Can I use my approval form, from MN, to use in SD dispensary, or do I have to use a MN dispensary first, that’s so far away for me to travel. If you could get back to me with an answer, I would REALLY APPRECIATE IT! Sincerely, Kathy

GBI am a PA resident. I am a PA resident. Veriheal connected me to a PA approved Doctor for MM. The first doctor that I was booked with was not a good fit for me. Veriheal actually called me re-booked an appointment for me with a doctor that was more fitting for me. There was no additional charge for this. The new doctor was perfect for me, understood me, and I was approved. I recieved an email from the PA Dept of Health within minutes of my appointment. Awesome service, fantastic customer service.
