We discussed my anxiety, I didn't have my medical records on hand and it wasn't a problem. Was approved with a short discussion. I am told I will receive a email from Ommu in 5-7 days to complete registration. Will update. Update** 3-3-22 10:30 pm Received email from the state to complete registration, completed, paid $75 plus $2.50 convenience fee. 11:00 pm approved with temporary card in hand. Amazing service thank you so much. Quick and everything was super smooth. Will definitely recommend you guys.

Smooth and Professional I went to sign up for a card a did a video confrense with Dr. Luis Mertins. We had a very pleasant conversation about what was going to be needed and how to proceed. At the end of our conversation, I was confident in knowing that him and his staff would do all hey could to accommodate me. By end of the same day I was approved, within a week I had my temporary license and within a month my permanent license. They checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and to let me know they were here if needed. Could never tell them how much they have helped me and changed my life. Application with state never approved I applied for my marijuana card through Veriheal, did the physician telephone interview, registered and filled out the forms with Illinois website and after over 2 months - nothing. The state website which I registered says stsus initial application and status as awaiting certification. Call to Veriheal and live chat was unproductive. Just a run around and the same information I originally had on applying OK, turns out that the Illinois cannabis card website is incompatible with smartphones, so some buttons don't show up. Went to website on computer and made payment. Website is not user friendly at all.

What a relief! I've been putting off getting my card because I thought it would be a huge hassle, and I didn't know how things worked. Once I was approved and registered with the state, I still didn't really know what I was doing, so when I reached out through chat, Jane was there to help me. The staff there is extremely empathetic… The staff there is extremely empathetic much more so than doctors. They Greet you almost immediately some people there suffer from the same things that I do, and I got better information from them than I do my doctors. I love the ambience as well it's very comfortable there. I've been to a lot of dispensaries and this is a top-notch dispensary.
