About CopilotIQ

We are on a mission to bring world-class care to seniors living with chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. Our firm conviction lies in believing every patient deserves access to expert healthcare monitoring to receive personalized care, identify potential risks, consistent data collection, and experience thoughtful support. CopilotIQ differs from conventional care, which typically works off a single blood pressure and glucose measurement yearly. We zoom in and focus on collecting 1,000 times more readings and sharing the data with your current primary care team and a dedicated remote nurse to unlock a more detailed and holistic picture of your health profile.

Commitment to control my sugar levels. Very helpful follow-up of my glucose reading. This enticing me to improve my glucose levels. I value the advice I receive from my nursing team on diet, exercise and education. Great service.

Lowered my A1C My nurse Caitlin always has my supplies shipped to me on time. She cares for her patients and understands my concerns. She supplies me with useful information about my diet and foods that I should eat to help lower my A1C. Since I have been working with her I have lowered my A1C from 7.9 to 5.7. This program really seems to be working for me thanks. That’s why I give you 5 stars.

The idea of a coach sounded so good. The idea of a coach sounds so good, but this company is too far behind in technology. I have had a Continuous Glucose Monitor CGM, for over a year. This fantastic little button checks my blood sugar multiple times each minute and all of that data is instantly available on line to me or my doctor. CopilotIQ is only interested in one or two finger sticks each day. They are not even interested in my low sugar problems, but think two readings a day will solve my wild sugar swings that I can see on my cell phone and get alarms instantly from. Than let's talk about blood pressure. I got a BP cuff that reports via some obscure cell carrier that does not work where I live. When I tried to find out what cell carrier was used CopilotIQ told me they use all of the towers. THAT IS JUST NOT TRUE. I need a BP cuff that works with Verizon or my WIFI. So that is strike two. My nurse called yesterday, I mentioned that I was in Michigan and she said she could not talk with me until I returned to Tennessee. I guess my health does not need help if I am away from my home. On a positive note my BP cuff DOES WORK IN MICHIGAN, too bad BCBS does not. I have had 3 or 4 calls from the nurse, each time the fact that my BP cuff is not working was like the first time i mentioned that issue. So I just do not have anything good to say about CopilotIQ. The two things that they do, do not work. And even when one works, they do not work. BTW my cell phone does work in Michigan.

Some things are not right or correct Every time I check on the explanation of benefit provided by United, I see that you are charging for my visit to your offices, which is not right. Also, during that visit, it looks like I have seen a doctor when in fact, I only had a phone call with a nurse. Finally, from the reports I read issued by the nurse, there are some facts that aren't right or have been misinterpreted.

My nurse is always timely My nurse is always timely. She listens well. Offers constructive advise. Willing to question something that is not right. Friendly, but firm. Dvs
