About CopilotIQ

We are on a mission to bring world-class care to seniors living with chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. Our firm conviction lies in believing every patient deserves access to expert healthcare monitoring to receive personalized care, identify potential risks, consistent data collection, and experience thoughtful support. CopilotIQ differs from conventional care, which typically works off a single blood pressure and glucose measurement yearly. We zoom in and focus on collecting 1,000 times more readings and sharing the data with your current primary care team and a dedicated remote nurse to unlock a more detailed and holistic picture of your health profile.

Lowered my A1C My nurse Caitlin always has my supplies shipped to me on time. She cares for her patients and understands my concerns. She supplies me with useful information about my diet and foods that I should eat to help lower my A1C. Since I have been working with her I have lowered my A1C from 7.9 to 5.7. This program really seems to be working for me thanks. That’s why I give you 5 stars.

Useful & Not So Blood glucose monitor & helpful interactions with the nurse. However, had a total failure with the company doing the blood pressure cuff. They should be replaced with a more reliable group. Total waste. This also an area of standard interest by my general practitioner.
