Puffco...Thumbs up-Vape itself ? same old thing Its OK but expensive from my experience I had hoped for something more advanced than a chamber and heating element. I will say Puffco's customer service is exceptionally good. Because I was disappointed a very personable rep contacted me to offer, help, remedies to utilize its technology better, In the end Puffco offered a "buy back" deal to upgrade to a e nail more to my liking. My feeling is Puffco seems like a great company.My issue with the vape may deal more with advertising

I paid… usps says delivered. Nothing there. (Locked mailbox) I ordered a Utilian 722 and paid for rush delivery and didn’t receive my order. I don’t know if this was the USPS fault cos I received a text notification saying it was delivered and in my mailbox but there was nothing in my LOCKED mailbox 2 min later. The website says Customer service “Chat and live phone support” There is no chat I can find. And the phone support was for me to leave a msg. I did and emailed through support link. We’ll see if they reply or I will have my bank refund the unfulfilled purchase. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I’ve been dying to use this. I would pay $60 for next day delivery if possible :((
