GBPuffco...Thumbs up-Vape itself ? same old thing Its OK but expensive from my experience I had hoped for something more advanced than a chamber and heating element. I will say Puffco's customer service is exceptionally good. Because I was disappointed a very personable rep contacted me to offer, help, remedies to utilize its technology better, In the end Puffco offered a "buy back" deal to upgrade to a e nail more to my liking. My feeling is Puffco seems like a great company.My issue with the vape may deal more with advertising

GBWorst experienced Worst experienced. Not responding to emails, left multiple messages. There is no live person you can talk to. I placed an order 6 days ago. No status on shipment. I beginning to believed I got scammed.

GBI ordered a Boundless Vaporizer I ordered a Boundless Vaporizer, they charged my card, never shipped it and wont return phone calls or emails, I contacted thier company that they use called Route, they couldnt even help me, they tried, I told them not to work with Vaporizer chief as a client, After trying to contact Vaporizer Chief three times, I filed a report ith the Better Business Burea, maybe they'll talk to them if they dont want to talk to me, scammer beware, buy your stuff elsewhere.

GBI paid… usps says delivered. Nothing there. (Locked mailbox) I ordered a Utilian 722 and paid for rush delivery and didn’t receive my order. I don’t know if this was the USPS fault cos I received a text notification saying it was delivered and in my mailbox but there was nothing in my LOCKED mailbox 2 min later. The website says Customer service “Chat and live phone support” There is no chat I can find. And the phone support was for me to leave a msg. I did and emailed through support link. We’ll see if they reply or I will have my bank refund the unfulfilled purchase. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I’ve been dying to use this. I would pay $60 for next day delivery if possible :((
