GBBest vaporizer you could get My friend let me try his DaVinci Vaporizer a few weeks back, and the difference in my perception of what a 'good vaporizer' was changed completely. The very next day, I bought one off the website pain-free and had it on my doorstep within a couple of days. Best buying decision I've ever made! I use it everyday now and the ruggedness of the unit makes it easy for me to carry it around in my backpack without worrying about anything breaking. The added bonus is that I can pull it out in public to use without worrying about anyone giving me weird looks since it just looks like a walkie talkie from afar.

GBI purchased a IQ2 And after a few… I purchased a IQ2 And after a few months, it didn’t work it wouldn’t turn on. I emailed da Vinci and they sent me back an email to send it back to the factory for repair. I received the vaporizer back from repair and it didn’t work so they told me to send it back again which I did after I received it back for the second time it still didn’t turn on. I sent them another email of what to do now and still haven’t received an answer back from them and it’s been three weeks. no not only that I purchased the vaporizer. I spent money on the postage sending it back twice. I bought a brand new accent vaporizer from them years ago then I purchased two IQ2’s And they still don’t respond to my emails. So now I’m looking to purchase a different manufacturers vaporizer and I hope I have a better experience with them.

CZReplacement of defective device In March 2023 I had problems with battery charging on the IQ I bought 5 years before. I have contacted their customer service and they identified it as an issue with the charging chip. They have proposed that they send me brand new IQC and they did it so in few days. The communication with the woman from their customer service was awesome. The new IQC they sent me is a level better device then previous IQ, which i loved much too. Thanks DaVinci!

GBInferior product/ customer service. I received a microc in July and it never seemed to work right. Within a month it wouldn't turn on. I sent it back,and they said it was a soldering issue and returned it to me. End of October and I have the same problem. It's been almost a week of repeated emails and repair order requests. They've ignored my correspondence. Don't buy this inferior garbage.

GBThis is the worst customer service This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their vaporizer does not work. And all the great reviews shown are lies put out by the company itself. You cannot trust them or their inferior product
