CAFirst they have shipped my item to… First they have shipped my item to Halifax, Nova Scotia instead of Mississauga, Ontario. Then they promise to resend me a new one and refund my courier fee I paid when I called, well no replies since then and No one answers their customer service telephone line and no one has responded to my email asking when I will receive my order now.

CAIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. I know it’s annoying to have people complain because I work in customer service, but I still haven’t even received a reply on my situation. I ordered $50 worth of merchandise and sent the transfer well within the three days they stated. They cancelled my order after a week of several messages being sent and did not refund my money. I would really appreciate a response or at least a refund because this is very unprofessional.

CAStay away from store at 3091 Dufferin… Stay away from store at 3091 Dufferin St. Toronto. They sell defective goods and refuse to exchange. Very rude staff, boorish attitude, cheating customers. The worst service I ever seen.
