I went to the location on Yonge and bloor I went to the location on Yonge and almost bloor to buy some coils, my first time there so I was checking out the eliquids and stuff and the guy at the cash was very rude, I asked for the coils and he just made sarcastic comments of everything like if he was doing me a favor. and he didn't offer the loyalty card so I had to ask for it and he gave it to me but very forced attitude. Won't coming back again for sure, lots of vape stores in Toronto to go instead of the ones that treat you bad.

Your quality is fine. Your quality is fine. Your prices are absolutely atrocious. For the vast majority of vapers, it is meant to be THE alternative to smoking due to cost. Your prices completely negate that incentive. I do not understand how anyone is willing to fork over $23 for every tiny 30ml bottle. I'm paying $20-30 for 120ml, and it's not the cheap stuff either, quality is great. That is a difference of nearly 400% in savings.

The products I’ve bought are great but now, the product prices are through the roof , my last purchase was a bottle of juice for $38 , and it was only a 60ml bottle . I have had a very bad experience when… I have had a very bad experience when ordering a vape online and receiving it late and with the package open and the product apparently used. Taking into account the nature of the product, it is enormously irresponsible to create doubts in the customer as to whether it could have been used before.

Stay away from store at 3091 Dufferin… Stay away from store at 3091 Dufferin St. Toronto. They sell defective goods and refuse to exchange. Very rude staff, boorish attitude, cheating customers. The worst service I ever seen.
