GBBad product and Customer Service My vaporiser malfunctioned and broke well within the 1 year warranty time. Contacted Flowermate as the shop I bought it from told me to do so. Initially got a response, now I have sent 5 chase up emails over 3 weeks and I am being ignored on every one. Product rubbish customer service shocking. Do not trust these people with your cash.

GBI was made to put at least one star I was made to put at least one star. This company has horrible customer service. I was sent a broken slick, emailed the company and they didn’t believe me. After sending video proof I was told a replacement would be send almost 20 days later and they’re trying to ghost me. Super unprofessional. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM get a pax

GBDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a $159.00 item off their website total of $180 after tax an shipping fees. I received an email at time of purchase saying they received my order. After 2 days I emailed to ask if my order had been processed an shipped as I haven't received any other notification from them. It's been over a week and zero response. I'll stop payment and report to the BBB.

ILFlowermate Technology Vapes - good products, awful service Flowermate Technology is a very intriguing company. It somehow manages to combine very advanced design to create attractive dry-herb and wax vaporizers, along with a sluggish non-responsive customer service, and shipment practice. On one hand, I love the company's products, but on the other hand, I hate their customer service, and shipment practice. In my humble opinion, they simply shoot themselves in the leg.

GBCustomer service could be improved, but . . . I agree with the previous reviewer; interesting products let down by frustratingly slow customer service. I've been waiting nearly a month to get a V5 Nano repaired under warranty . . . and I'm still waiting for them to authorise the repair. If the repair IS finally authorised, there will be another wait for the repair itself. Overall disappointed. Edit: Flowermate acknowledged that there was a failing in customer service and sent a new replacement product. I believe this warrants an increase from my original 3-star rating to at least a 4
