They don't ever ship on time, never ship out the items you order. they even expect you to do the customs clearance. I made 4 wholesale orders since the 15th of May and I am yet to receive any. Paypal dispute for all 4. Trust me there are far better places such as elegomall I can't believe I gave these fraudsters the time of day

When you open disputes, they demand you close it before they would issue refund. They sell pre order items as items in stock, so you wait and when you question them, they provide fake tracking numbers so you lose again.

Heaven Gifts Fraud Alert ! Heaven Gifts Fraud Alert ! I purchased a predator 228 electronic cigarette mod from heaven gifts and it stopped working within 2 months. I contacted them for support and they agreed to send me a new mod as mine would not be repairable. It has been a week since their last message.They have stopped answering messages and thus unwilling to send me a refund/new mod. I would not advise anyone to ever buy products from heaven gifts e-cigarette web shop as you will never get a replacement/refund when your product has defects, even if they promised to do this.

Jumping Through Hoops They sent me an order out on 6/22 I got it 7/7 their shipping list was in the box I order a silver 2ml child lock tank from Ijust they sent me a silver 3ml silver full kit I told them they sent the wrong thing so to make this short they had me send all the numbers off the kit box the tracking # then they said that's not there's I got it mixed up at my house with another box because the tracking # doesn't match theirs They will have you Jumping Through Hoops instead taking the blame

When ordering through Aliexpress, make sure you file a dispute in time, after no more than 45 days, or your money will be gone. They claim to use Express ePacket, but that's a lie, and steal a few extra dimes by using the cheapest shipping method available.
