THBeaware of this scammers and… Beaware of this scammers and fraudsters, They also have a store on Aliexpress. They provide fake tracking numbers, items not shipped. When you open disputes, they demand you close it before they would issue refund. They sell pre order items as items in stock, so you wait and when you question them, they provide fake tracking numbers so you lose again.

PHI've dealt with many sellers and this… I've dealt with many sellers and this is the first seller that intentionally tried to cheat me. The vape mod I received was defective and they told me to update the firmware. When that didn't solve the problems I asked for a replacement for the defective mod and they immediately stopped answering my msgs. I opened a case with Aliexpress and they tried to block my refund In a very stupid and dishonest way. Aliexpress gave me a refund for the defective vape mod. I am an avid vaper and am active in the vaping community and not only will I never buy from Heavengifts again, My friends won't either and anytime we are discussing sellers/suppliers on the vaping forums I will tell about my bad experience with Heavengifts.

LTWorst service and e-shop ever Get wholesale account here, tryied to make an order first the agent just ignored me, later when finished order, they said that doesn't have a lot items, and other items it would be shipped from different warehouse. Carefully worst service to communicate as wholesaler, and slowest, a lot of items are out of stock. Regards to worst agent Maggie. And dear HG team think more about to customers, not about yourself.
