Slow shipping & Unorganized Company Ordered a carb cap & tether for the carta 2 on April 23rd & it’s April 28th & it’s still saying shipped label created USPS waiting item… I thought by ordering express shipping 2-5 days the package would be here by now & I’ve received 2 other packages from 2 different companies in this matter of time… I wouldn’t say scam but just very slow shipping and an unorganized company… Order (#51722) p.s. I have chronic pain & PTSD so that doesn’t help… Finally came on the 29th in stealth mode lol definitely 💯 will not be ordering from this company again!!! You’ll have a blessed day!!!

I made an order on 5/4 in which i payed… I made an order on 5/4 in which i payed shipping for and I haven’t received any updates at all.I've seen similar stories and to be honest i believe this company might be a scam. This review is really the only thing i can do at this point but i would like a refund for order #51516. No point in receiving my order in two months or not at all :(

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE My fiancé bought me a piece off this website. They provided a bs tracking # and apologized for the delay last week. Still no movement on my tracking number and zero response from customer service. If my product has not shipped in next 24 hours, I will have my bank take the funds back. Shady, shady, business….

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Paid for expedited shipping, didn't ship for ten days. When it did finally ship, it was USPS mail. We are now 15 days and still no product.
