Great Customer Support After receiving defective pens, I spoke to Austin in the customer service dept and he was very helpful in getting replacements shipped out to me in a timely manner. They were out of stock of the Backwoods pens because they're so popular and in demand, so he is shipping me some Cookies pens! Thank you so much for your help! Do not buy from these guys Do not buy from these guys. They are a scam. I finally received products from them after two months of waiting. I spent over $50 and I received two items that I ordered out of 30+ items and this was after I was asking for a full refund. They were all of the most undesirable flavors and a lot of them did not come in smoking condition. They threw miscellaneous stuff up in there like rolling machines and undesirable flavor Mint tips from king palm. Never again don’t buy from them.

I’m very glad I took the risk- the Rig I bought is just amazing, I received it within 5 days counting just business days within 3 days!! Fantastic- I’m not sure what the people are going through with the negative reviews but they seem very dishonest compared to my experience. I’d recommend you guys a million times over and will definitely be buying from you again. For those here looking to see if you should buy- (YOU SHOULD!!!) they’re amazing. Could improve on phone support services instead of just emails but that’s really the only thing I can recommend change to. :)

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Paid for expedited shipping, didn't ship for ten days. When it did finally ship, it was USPS mail. We are now 15 days and still no product.

Don't recommend them, unless you like slow/incomplete orders The order went over a week with no updates until I reached out and they finally sent it... Only to have half the order sent. Customer service was junk and can't rely on proper shipping, even after purchasing shipping insurance. Won't buy from them again and don't recommend.
