GBI had been looking for a hard to find… I had been looking for a hard to find cigar, and the website indicated it was in stock so i ordered it ( this wasnt the cheapest option, but the website made it sound like they had them in stock and i didnt want to wait). I ordered them on Jan 30th, 2 weeks went by and still awaiting shipment. Received an email from them stating they would be mailed out the following week, and as an apology would send 5 extra cigars. The next week came and still awaiting shipment, its now Feb 19th, and still no cigars. I understand these are limited edition, but indicate that it is a back ordered item, and then dont email me and tell me you are sending them in the next week and dont. I needed these for a cigar event Im hosting on Feb 21st, I wont be able to have these now. Set realistic expectations, if you tell me you are sending them, then send them. Called twice and left messages, and emailed once, no reply. From other posts on here meeting shipping seems to be an issue. *****update**** on 2/19 finally got ahold of someone and was told that they would ship next week, over a month after I ordered them. I advised them that if an item is not in stock list them as back order not v as available had this been done I would have gone elsewhere. If You Order Cal First And Make Sure They Actually Have Them.

TWFirst Time Buyer Here ( Order# 6639 ) Wondering if I am first buyer at Cuenca Cigar, placing order from Taiwan. Haha.... Placed order and was put on pending, due to several security issues ( since placing order from oversea ). But was able to spoke to Ana, and she was really nice able to assist helping to complete the entire order process. Cigars we orders was not in stock, instead Ana upgrade to same line of cigar but more expensive size without any additional costs. Which was really appreciated, will always remember that. I have already given my recommendation to all my buddies from California, to ask them give Cuenca Cigars an opportunity to order their next cigar shipment. Looking forward to placing my next order with you. Thank You Much Ana.
