My biggest complaint is the slow … My biggest complaint is the slow shipping. Two weeks to recieve package is unheard-of in the shipping world of today.

Its 08/11/2017 right now Its 08/11/2017 right now. My order was accepted on 08/03/2017 The order still says awaiting shipment, and its been more than a full business week. No, I'd never order from here again or recommend. There are so many good cigar web stores out there. Its competitive, but, I'd be happy paying more to get decent ship times. A week of waiting before it even ships is very bad these days. Might be great people, but they have to get with the times. Its a shame too, because I like helping out the smaller businesses out there and I normally pay a little more just to help them out.

I have become a believer. I was pleasantly surprised to find a favorite cigar (The Big Johnny by Oscar Valladares) at the Cuenca Cigar website. The site is customer friendly and placing my order was a cinch. Delivery was exactly as stated so I will be a regular customer with them. Thanks.

I had been looking for a hard to find… I had been looking for a hard to find cigar, and the website indicated it was in stock so i ordered it ( this wasnt the cheapest option, but the website made it sound like they had them in stock and i didnt want to wait). I ordered them on Jan 30th, 2 weeks went by and still awaiting shipment. Received an email from them stating they would be mailed out the following week, and as an apology would send 5 extra cigars. The next week came and still awaiting shipment, its now Feb 19th, and still no cigars. I understand these are limited edition, but indicate that it is a back ordered item, and then dont email me and tell me you are sending them in the next week and dont. I needed these for a cigar event Im hosting on Feb 21st, I wont be able to have these now. Set realistic expectations, if you tell me you are sending them, then send them. Called twice and left messages, and emailed once, no reply. From other posts on here meeting shipping seems to be an issue. *****update**** on 2/19 finally got ahold of someone and was told that they would ship next week, over a month after I ordered them. I advised them that if an item is not in stock list them as back order not v as available had this been done I would have gone elsewhere. If You Order Cal First And Make Sure They Actually Have Them.

Cuenca Cigars makes e-commerce feel like a brick and mortar tobacconist! I was searching online for Victor Calvo cigars, and stumbled across Cuenca Cigar's page. The vast selection and competitive prices intrigued me, so I registered with them.
