ZERO STARS I don't normally go out of my way to even write reviews or complain, but this website is THAT SHADY. If I could rate zero stars, I would - for ZERO customer service. Tried to place several hefty orders with this company, and had issues every single time. My first order was never even processed. The other orders took two weeks just to process, and another two weeks to ship. I tried to get in contact with Vape in the Box via phone & "customer support" email, SEVERAL TIMES, and never got a single response. I will never give Vape in the Box my business again. Do not recommend at all!

Poor Customer Service Package was damaged and returned to sender. I understand things happen and was not in a rush to receive the order. My emails were unreplied to so I finally called to ask when the package would be re-sent. Was told it was already re-sent so I asked for tracking information and none was provided. Called back and was told my package would be sent out that day, after I was previously told it had already gone out. My subsequent calls were ignored so I sent an email threatening to file a chargeback with my credit card company if I was not provided with the tracking information. Shortly after the email was sent a refund was provided immediately. Customer service was disappointing!

Great Prices and Great Service Company is awesome, only complaint is sometimes takes awhile to get order shipped out besides that amazing!

This is my third or fourth order This is my third or fourth order. The products are fine; but, the customer service is not. I was sent wrong invoice information for my order over a week ago; after paying for four days shipping costs. Order number given for my unfilled order was delivered to an address on the other side of the nation. To date, no follow up or clarification for resolving these issues has been made. Unhappy with lack of follow through and level of communication regarding the matter.
