Both bongs were better than imagined Both bongs were better than imagined, only thing is (this is not a complaint by any means) the UFO perc bong that we got as our second bong didn’t have any measurements on the website, we thought it was going to be small but it’s actually HUGE. 100% worth it, 3-5 shipping was free and only took 2.5 days, they had it en route to my region in 2 hours after purchase. Also threw in a free wooden spinner bowl and didn’t charge us for our rolling papers. Great website, will be using again.

Caveat emptor I've waited three days for some type of communication confirm some form of progress on my order. After I saw that the charge has went through on my card, I went ahead and attempted to call the business. The calls never went through and the number that was provided by my credit card company was responded with a machine saying calls were not accepted at this time. In addition to this, the web page with the order status does not load consistently if at all. All of these factors obliterates any faith I have in this company.

Everything was great My order came a little late but the customer service made it right once told they upgraded my shipping so i could get my product quicker considering the already delayed shipment the item i originally ordered was out of stock but they upgraded me to one in my opinion is better than what i had originally ordered. So all in all great experience. Def recommended

Positive Feedback I saw a lot of horrid reviews about this company. However I would like to say I ordered my item July 3rd, and received exactly what I wanted at a great price yesterday! Their web site states shipping the product out can take time due to COVID.

Near non-existent customer service presence. Out of every online store that sells vaporizers of many varieties, I can safely say this is the worst place to buy one period. Customer service is virtually unreachable through the slim M-F 12-5 PM window provided, even if you shoot an email during the timeframe. Agents take anywhere from 2-4 days to respond to an inquiry on an item I purchased over three weeks ago that still hasn't shipped. The phone number that's provided on their website is disconnected, so there's no way of talking to anyone through that avenue. If you enjoy possibly waiting a month for an item to ship to you, with no concrete details of when it will arrive, then, by all means, this is the place to order from. Otherwise, avoid ordering anything from this company.
