GBBEWARE Beware. They sent me the wrong item - incorrectly labeled by them. Very slow communication; several emails later, and two weeks from when I first ordered, they sent me the correct item but incorrect color. I would never order from them again.

GBCaveat emptor I've waited three days for some type of communication confirm some form of progress on my order. After I saw that the charge has went through on my card, I went ahead and attempted to call the business. The calls never went through and the number that was provided by my credit card company was responded with a machine saying calls were not accepted at this time. In addition to this, the web page with the order status does not load consistently if at all. All of these factors obliterates any faith I have in this company.

GBDisapointed I am honestly surprised to find the stem for my beautiful new hand blown green bubbler broken. Wwithout the stem the draw is harsh. Not wanting to wait for a replacement I crazy glued it. It works. But I'm sti'll disappointed the stem isn't in new condition.

GBBroken glass in shipment Piece showed up broken, not packed properly box inside of shipping box was damaged, glass shards everywhere inside case. UPDATE: Reached contact online, resolving issue. Online support very helpful. Looking forward to trying this piece out if replacement makes it unharmed.

GBEverything was great My order came a little late but the customer service made it right once told they upgraded my shipping so i could get my product quicker considering the already delayed shipment the item i originally ordered was out of stock but they upgraded me to one in my opinion is better than what i had originally ordered. So all in all great experience. Def recommended
