They never replied. - I emailed hello at breazy.com with the chain of emails starting with June 2020. Let's see if we get any traction there. - Contacted as suggested. Apparently company changed owners and they are not responsible for previous owners screw ups

I've just ordered some E-Liquid for an Amazing Deal, I just couldn't pass it up. So, now I just Sit back and Patiently wait for the Order to be Processed and Shipped, then wait Excitingly for it to Arrive!! Oh Yeah, just gotta love it!!

Good deals but no heart for customers needs I would have given a 5 star review. I've been a customer on Breazy for about 4 years. Ordered something recently on black friday. 2 days after the order was placed it still wasn't fulfilled (no issue there) and I noticed the coil I picked was switched to TFV18 Mini instead of TFV18 Mesh. Well I voiced my concern, Davonae at Breazy said they couldn't fix it. It would have been a simple swap. The next day it was marked as shipped. I received my juice and the wrong coils. I asked to return them but apparently they don't do that even if it's from a system hiccup. If they took the time to view my order history they would see all I ever order are regular TFV18 Mesh coils and juice the last 10 to 20 orders. So.. I'm done with Breazy now. I don't care if they have good deals. They couldn't assist with an issue before it got worse.
