Great shop needs more replacements This shop is awesome. However, when I order a system, I wish there were coil/ pods replacements. I can’t find replacements anywhere. Buying more systems is ridiculous. Please get SnowWolf pods/ coils replacement faster…

I order 6 e juices at 12 milligrams I order 6 e juices at 12 milligrams. All different flavors. They sent 2 flavors of the same brand in 6 milligrams that I NEVER ordered. So instead of getting 6 bottles they sent 2. Stay away from this company because they will charge your credit card. Apparently they don’t know how to fulfill an order. I have contacted them and the credit card company. There are plenty of vape shops and Breazy will never get my return business.

Affiliate/marketing team non-responsive We were Breazy.com affiliate on PepperJam. There were a number of non-tracked orders. We submitted inquiries and sent emails a number of times. They never replied. - I emailed hello at breazy.com with the chain of emails starting with June 2020. Let's see if we get any traction there. - Contacted as suggested. Apparently company changed owners and they are not responsible for previous owners screw ups

Such an easy site to navigate and… Such an easy site to navigate and really fast shipping! I live in an incredibly small town and I had been using a different site to get my supplies but with all the restrictions now,they stopped delivering to my zip code so I had been traveling an hour away. Breezy has a regular customer with me,and my wife.

Never fulfilling order I ordered something over the thanksgiving weekend, expecting there would be some delay in receiving the order, but they have been sitting on my orders for a whole week. When I emailed their customer support team, (because they weren't answering their phone support and hangs up on you without an option for you to wait on the line) they just told me that it was being delayed because they are busy. So I asked to cancel my order and they say that once the order is placed, you can't cancel the order. So I asked them that if the order even isn't processed, why can't they just cancel it, to which they replied it's their policy and that it will get to me soon and not to worry, and added that they won't be responding to my email anymore. Wow, how professional. He did agree that the shipping I chose was 3-5 business days shipping, but I guess that's after they finally figure out how to ship the order which they haven't been able to for 5 business days already. I am intrigued by how it takes longer to leave the warehouse than to travel across the country.
