bait and switch they tell you it comes with 2 titanium nail but when you get it comes with 1 titanium 1 ceramic bowl then sent a email telling them web site says it comes with 2 titanium there response I'm glad you are enjoying the product. I talked with our online copywriter and she mistakenly wrote 2 titanium nails when she meant 1 titanium and 1 ceramic nail for the product description. Sorry for the confusion, but thank you for bringing this to our attention. We've since amended the description I think they should have honored the advertise item as is and sent a new titanium poor customer service

Great company!!! I found the company online thru a search. I ordered the daVinci for my husband for Christmas. I was worried that I wouldn't receive the gift on time. I emailed Don and he personally put a rush on my order. I received it before Christmas and my husband loves it! I will definitely do business with them again!
