Good Products and Customer Service is Top Notch I ordered two disposables and unfortunately one of the two received wasn't operational. I contacted the company and they promptly responded with some tips. I tried all of them which were applicable to the type of disposable (but it still wasn't heating up at all). I then reported my findings back in an email and they were cool enough to send me a replacement without any hassle. Since receiving this replacement I can assuredly say it's just as good as the other disposable I have from this company. It was a pleasure to deal with them considering the crummy circumstances, and I appreciate their attention in quickly rectifying the issue.
