GBI have had a life change and needed… I have had a life change and needed management aid(s) for my wife. I have been a customer for a few months and have had no problems until I did! It's called life ~ None of it is perfect! I made a three part order and when it all arrived, one of the packages contained the wrong product. I am reading the label and can see where the confusion came from. I contacted customer service and they immediately rectified the situation with a new shipment. I have already received my replacement shipment and don't have to worry about running out. Thanks again guys & gals! Customer4Life

GBI had an issue with the vape I… I had an issue with the vape I received. I emailed customer service and they responded very quickly and were able to resolve the issue by sending me a brand new vape. Great customer service and products.
