A RELIABLE SITE DON'T BE PUT OFF BY THE WEBSITE'S BARE APPEARANCE. IT MAY NOT LOOK FLASHY, BUT THE COMPANY IS BOTH REASONABLE AND RELIABLE. I HAD LOOKED FOR WEEKS FOR A COMPANY THAT WOULD OFFER A BREAK OF SOME SORT ON THE PAX VAPORIZER. THIS WAS THE ONLY SITE THAT I COULD FIND THAT DID NOT EXCLUDE IT FROM IT'S DISCOUNT CODE. THEY ALSO THROUGH IN A FEW FREE BONUS ITEMS AND I HAD RECEIVED THE DEVICE BY WEEK'S END. BECAUSE I HAD NOT BOUGHT FROM HERE BEFORE, I WAS A BIT TENTATIVE ABOUT THE PURCHASE AS I KNOW THERE ARE KNOCK-OFFS BEING SOLD ALL OVER THE PLACE. BUT THE SITE'S RELIABILITY WAS ENDORSED BY REPUTABLE SOURCES AND I RECEIVED THE VAPORIZER YESTERDAY AND IT IS, INDEED, THE REAL PRODUCT, COMPLETE WITH ITS 10 YEAR WARRANTY. I INTEND ON MAKING THIS STORE MY SOLE SOURCE FOR ANY AND ALL PRODUCTS RELATING TO VAPORIZATION AND WOULD RECOMMEND OTHERS DO THE SAME.

Cheaper than all other websites!! I had a positive experience from vaporizerusa.net. I bought the budy pro and it was cheaper than the three other sites that were selling it. Everything is easy to find on the website and they are well organized. I can't wait to get my vaporizer pen!

The unit I ordered was received broken; cannot get help from company after purchase. I ordered an Easy Vape V2 and paid $157.00 via Visa. The shipment time was fine but, the unit was not properly packaged and when opened it was cracked and broken. I have called the company twice and left messages with no return calls. Then, I resorted to email, got one response that stated that instructions for return would be sent to me at a later time but, I never received those instructions or anymore response from Vaporizerusa at all. I have since emailed once again asking to simply refund my money and send me directions on returning the broken item. I still have had no response.

Third time's a charm! A couple of issues with my first two order attempts online. Had to call in, and found out that the product I was trying to purchase was out of stock due to some problems with it, even though the website showed that it was available. I was offered a similar, more expensive product at a discount for my inconvenience. I ended up not liking it, and returned it. I then called and ordered an even more expensive product, and I'm loving it! Everyone I dealt with over the phone was very polite & helpful. Shipping & refund times were fairly quick. I highly recommend Vaporizerusa, and Pax by Loom!
