Awesome Service and Product Service was excellent. Contacted me and let me know that the order would be delayed a couple of days due to product backorder. Great that they didn't leave me hanging wondering why the order had not arrived. Product came and was in fantastic condition and apparently they tossed in a couple of extra batteries due to the 2 day delay of shipment. Tracking was on time and spot on. Overall A+++++ experience all around. I will only use vaporizerusa for any product I need.

Product selection and price good. Web site could use some attention. I am pleased with the product selection and the prices. The problems I had with the web site could be easily corrected. PayPal is mentioned as an option but I could not find anyplace where a link to the site was available. In the payment section, Paypal is not an option. American Express is a selection in the popup, but is not a card you take. I did the the disclaimer text, but removing it as an option would be cleaner. I did give you 4 stars because overall a good experience.

They inormally have many available items but many times they do not have all the accessories for products that have already been purchased. So, when it comes to improvements you need more details about how products without using too much product jargon that many costumers are familiar with.
