After being in service for 40 days, one of the Mods fire button was intermittently sticking in the fire position! Contacted Vapor Authority via email and received reply the next day! RMA was issued, dropped return in the mail and replacement is on its way! Top notch customer service! When I order they always come early then with the delivery days supposed to also if you ever need help they're always there for you email them or go on their chat they always answer you back and help you work through your problems that you're either having with ordering shipping or item you bought that has the warranty on it.
