Vapor Authority I have been using Vapor Authority for a while now and never had a problem with my orders. But my last purchase had a different flavour to what i usually receive. So i decided to email Vapor Authority as to find out if there was an explanation. I very quickly received a reply from Adam from customer relations. 2 very quick emails later the issue i had was resolved. What can i say? Excellent customer service from a top company. I will not go anywhere else for all my vaping needs. 5 stars thank you guys.

Best Overall Experience, Product & Service Great product, great selection and extremely fast shipping! I placed an order on 5/15 and it was delivered to my door on 5/17! Their website is easy to use and I was able to order online easily with all charges and fees explained, no surprises! Even customer service replied to my email within minutes! I've dealt with several online vape shops over the years but Vape Authority outshines them all. They will definitely be my go-to vape shop from now on. I definitely recommend! Vapor Authority is by far the BEST… Vapor Authority is by far the BEST online vape store to buy from. I have dealt with other vape stores and unfortunately have received bottles that expired over a year ago which is a HUGE waste of money but not with Vapor Authority, everything they send me is up to date, packaged extremely well and I couldn't ask for faster shipping. The best vape shop I been buying from Vapor Authority for over 2 years now. These guys know the meaning of customer service. I could easily buy from local vape shops near me but when it comes to price and selection they are hands down the best. Customer service is awesome if you call or email them their response is quick. There are other online vape companies but if you run into any problems good luck getting it resolved or reaching anyone. Quick response, great price, fast shipping, and excellent customer service what more can you ask for.

In my experience it’s the best online E-liquid site I’ve ever spent $$ with Vapor authority is #1 I’ve ordered twice now and shipping is super fast! Great price and selections. Huge savings on e-liquid and Even bigger selection of e-liquid! It’s the only place I order E-Liquids from and the shipping is impressively fast (that’s just standard shipping not anything extra) they’re courteous and my orders have all been correct!
