Great Experience When they told me earlier this year that they were under new management and everything will be new and improved shipping wise, I was cautiously optimistic. But they were right! Arrived within a week from the other side of the US. Had everything I wanted in stock. Their customer service has been amazing when I dealt with them in the past. Will always buy from here for as long as I vape! Seriously cannot say enough good things about this place.

All in all a great company. Every other time I ordered I would rate a 5. I’ve only had 2 issues ordering with you. The first was I had a bottle missing from the order, which you promptly replaced and it was greatly appreciated. The other was I got Bad Drip Don’t Care Bears instead of the Bad Drip Gnarly Sauce. You didn’t have a chance to correct that one because I never said anything about it. All and all you guys are great… super fast shipping, great customer service and the lowest prices around. I’ll continue to buy from you for the foreseeable future.

Very positive experience first time ordering This was my first time ordering from eJuice Direct and I must say I was extremely pleased and impressed! My order was processed the next day first thing in the morning. They were right on top of it so you can tell they care a great deal for their customer's satisfaction. My tracking was updated everyday throughout the day so I always knew what was going on. When my package arrived, they had it wrapped so neat and perfectly. It was in the right sized box so my products were in great condition. The two devices I purchased were wrapped in bubble wrap and taped so they wouldn't get damaged along the way. They take great pride in making their customers feel satisfied. The prices are extremely fair and they have so much in stock. I was quite impressed! Great place to buy vape products! eJuice Direct almost always has the products I am looking for in stock (just one time they didn't have a certain flavor of juice). They sell my favorite juice at a great price, and a lot of times have special discount codes to enter for a percentage off the total cost. Shipping times have been much better as of late.
