I am blown away at everything about… I am blown away at everything about this website! First, I don't think their prices can be beat. Every product I've tried has been of impeccable quality. When shopping around for a new website, everywhere I looked, shipping was INSANELY high! Not these guys. A flat rate, and insane GREAT price, along with SUPER fast! Add to that a customer care service which is quick to assist in any situation, and more than fair in replacing a damaged item. In short, if I could give them 100 stars, I would. Any one who is vaping, anything, this is definitely the website where you need to be!! You won't be disappointed

Issues with mod I ordered 2 Xros 3's and they both didn't work as intended. I reached out to customer service and explained the situatio, they couldn't take the product back because the were open. They gave me store credit of the full amount plus shipping and I was able to order another product that same day. Very fast service and very helpful

Your not getting any kind of discount This was my first and last time ordering from ejuice direct. i never got the discount for first time ordering, and after realizing this i did the math and your not getting a discount. There making there money back on shipping. if you spend $90 as i did, you shouldn't be charged $12 for shipping on a package that had 2 bottles and a small mod and weighed just over 1 pound. There's way better places to order from and if I would have been paying attention I wouldnt have ordered from here.

Very positive experience first time ordering This was my first time ordering from eJuice Direct and I must say I was extremely pleased and impressed! My order was processed the next day first thing in the morning. They were right on top of it so you can tell they care a great deal for their customer's satisfaction. My tracking was updated everyday throughout the day so I always knew what was going on. When my package arrived, they had it wrapped so neat and perfectly. It was in the right sized box so my products were in great condition. The two devices I purchased were wrapped in bubble wrap and taped so they wouldn't get damaged along the way. They take great pride in making their customers feel satisfied. The prices are extremely fair and they have so much in stock. I was quite impressed! I'm definitely going to be a recurring customer and will keep coming back to place more orders. Thank you so much for all of your hard work I really appreciate it 😊

Definitely worth it The only negative was the shipping so give yourself a couple of extra days but wasn’t ejuice fault it was USPS. Besides that the cost and product is awesome! And when I called about the shipping time, (easy to contact them) I talked to a young lady who was very helpful and concerned about my order. I will definitely be using them from here out and I will recommend them highly!
