AUOrder came super fast via ups to… Order came super fast via ups to Australia. Always fantastic workmanship quality from vapman but My main concern is My vapman middle piece came split /cracked and not air tight on delivery and we only have 48 hours to contact customer Service for warranty with faulty delivered items . I’ve reached out via email , Instagram and website no reply as yet. hopefully I receive a reply before it’s too late . Otherwise I’d give 5 stars just for the lotus alone such a fantastic device. Can’t wait for vapman 2.0 :)

FRI want my money back !! I 've bought an object on Vapman website,order #1564 I 've received it then I changed my mind within the legal 14 day delay to retract. I informed vapman. They agreed and gave me a postal address to send back the object. I sent it back and gave them the tracking number of the parcel. Vapman receiveid the parcel at the end of March. I've checked. I've already written 2 emails to the customer service, asking for my money. NO ANSWER so far. I don't know if Vapman is a serious company but for sure they don't care about their customers. Or is it worse? It was my LAST experience with this company.
