If ordering into the UK directly from Italy, you will incur around £50 import fees. I didn't read the delivery info prior to ordering, so bare that in mind

Great out of the box , a couple of cons at the end unrelated to functionality Great out of the box no problems , took about 5 minutes to get the hang of it , very efficient, smaller than I thought but that just makes it more portable. On the second use I noticed the mica wasn’t lined up properly on the bottom, and although cosmetic, as a woodworker I knew it was going to be bothersome. On the third use I was able to push it in place with the poker end of the brush, it’s lined up perfectly. The unit itself is top notch. The lighter is good but when I went to fill up with butane, it sprayed everywhere, never had that happen before

I want my money back !! I 've bought an object on Vapman website,order #1564 I 've received it then I changed my mind within the legal 14 day delay to retract. I informed vapman. They agreed and gave me a postal address to send back the object. I sent it back and gave them the tracking number of the parcel. Vapman receiveid the parcel at the end of March. I've checked. I've already written 2 emails to the customer service, asking for my money. NO ANSWER so far. I don't know if Vapman is a serious company but for sure they don't care about their customers. Or is it worse? It was my LAST experience with this company.
