GBNo masks in the midst of a pandemic I was just in the store on 108th and Maple (drive thru) and the employee was not wearing a mask. She said it was optional and a corporate decision. How this is OK?? Seems a little hypocritical since they are giving away masks at their locations. **update** After communicating with a representative from MegaSaver, I do not believe that this was a corporate decision. Instead, it appears to be an employee not following the rules. MegaSaver's response and follow up to my concerns was impressive and appreciated.

GBI had just bought a carton of… I had just bought a carton of cigarettes got to work went to go grab a pack of smoke and noticed I was only sold nine not 10 and when I went back to try and get it corrected the lady said she sold me 10 when I received it never touched it until I was going to go for a pack said that no I must be mistaken she sold me a carton and I am thoroughly pissed about it that I bought a carton but yet only received nine packs

CAZERO STARS!! ZERO STARS!! Quite upset with the auction portion, I won items and firstly was very excited. I had to travel over 100km to collect them when I got home, I was missing an item. Secondly, one item was a knock off item but before bidding on them I double checked photos and description to ensure they weren't but they were. Thirdly, one item was not the same color as the picture of the item. And lastly, an item that said it was brand new, came broken. I have tried reaching out multiple times but I never got an answer on what to do or how to get money back.

CAbad experienced i had a bad experiece with this megasavers outlet edmonton,i bought a meatcutter but the design of meat cutter is not the one im looking for,i tried to return back the next day still on box but they dont want to giveback the money,they only want you to get anything in the store same amount of the meat cutter they said if on sale is auction you cant return but the meat cutter is not on sale.im waiting for 4hrs to talk to saleslady and try to explain my side,but they say email the customer service.no phone number to phone you dont know if you can get reply on the same day,never to go on this store anymore,hope the marketplace do something on this store to expose their modus.ist time experienced in canada that you cant return the item.
