CAZERO STARS!! ZERO STARS!! Quite upset with the auction portion, I won items and firstly was very excited. I had to travel over 100km to collect them when I got home, I was missing an item. Secondly, one item was a knock off item but before bidding on them I double checked photos and description to ensure they weren't but they were. Thirdly, one item was not the same color as the picture of the item. And lastly, an item that said it was brand new, came broken. I have tried reaching out multiple times but I never got an answer on what to do or how to get money back.

CATerrible place to shop Terrible place to shop. They lie about selling brand new items. Wasted my money and bad customer service that lie to their customers. Bad experience! Please send more in shop and enjoy your purchase than buy cheap that is faulty/not working and can't return or replace. I learnt the hard way.

CARun don't walk away from this company Run don't walk away from this company. They promise 14 day delivery of items won in auction yet you can expect to wait 4 weeks or longer for items. And when you ask questions you get blocked. The pick up location (Uncle Wiener's) in Lethbridge is of no help for any questions and they conveniently plead ignorance. Not worth the effort or frustration.
