If you having a party you may you may not get your items I will NEVER us this Company again

GBGreat company, cheese, & service. Wow, where are those bad reviews coming from ? I've ordered from igourmet several times without any issues, fine quality cheeses - one time one of the cheese was out of stock - they just upgraded to a even more expensive cheese for free. Call a head with in reason(1 week) if you're looking for a certain date for delivery (2 day window), which I've always have done and they have always made sure the box was at the door on one of those days ! Packaging is perfect, fitted styrofoam cooler inside cardboard box with ice packs for shipping. I've told friends about igourmet too, they've also have bought from them without any issues.

GBGood service and fast delivery I like the fact that I can order bulk paneer here. (Paneer is an Indian cheese.). I've also enjoyed other cheeses from here although they seem overpriced. For that reason I order only rarely.

GBUnfortunately Unfortunately, I wish I had read the review below before I ordered 3 british luxury trunk for over $300 per trunk to be delivered on November 23rd. I placed this order in October for biggest client's top 3 executives. On Nov 23rd, rather than being delivered I received notification that one was set to be delivered. I called company and they had only one set to be sent but assured me it would be sent priority overnight. It was sent standard overnight. One sent to Utah was received Wed afternoon. Another was delivered on Wed at 1.20pm (closed for Thanksgiving) and the third was not delivered at all. Customer service never returned my calls or emails. We will never use this company again.

GBBought the 6 month cheese subscription… Bought the 6 month cheese subscription mid December for Christmas delivery. Received an Email that read "Your order #S956175 was shipped out on 12/23/2022. You can track your package at any time using the button below." TOTAL BS. According to Fedex, a label was created on Dec 23 (i.e. not even on time for a Dec 23 delivery!!) and Fedex still has not received the package as of Dec. 26). Poor shipping department. C'mon!! Creating a label on Dec 23.. the requested date of delivery???
