GBHorrible customer service from Igourmet Have bought hundreds of dollars worth of food from Igourmet. So disappointed. Ordered some cheese for a pre-christmas party and it never shipped until two days after the chosen delivery date. How do you run a business where you ask a customer when they want their product and don't deliver. One time previously we bought food to be shipped overnight and it showed up two and a half days later. we were told it was fine. It was room temperature. If you can't meet the delivery date at least notify the customer that their order is running late. Also, paying extra for express shipping for perishable items delivered late is BS. If Fed Ex can't deliver on time use Ups.

GBDon’t count on delivery as quoted Before ordering consider UNTRUSTWORTHY delivery! If your order is a gift shop elsewhere for timely delivery. Customer service responded to send cheeses BUT no accounting for error. Beware!

GBNever Again I placed an order on December 7, 2020 for delivery 12/18/2020. I received an order confirmation, but no shipping confirmation. On December 17th I called to get a tracking number. My order had not shipped. After some heated conversation, I agreed to pay an additional $15.00 for next day delivery, which I was assured I would receive. Still no tracking number...After using a 3rd party tracking company, I found out that the only shipped on 12/18 and wouldn’t be delivered until the 21st, when there will be no one to receive it, which is why I ordered it for 18th delivery and agreed to pay the additional money. Bad service is one thing; lying is another.

GBUnfortunately Unfortunately, I wish I had read the review below before I ordered 3 british luxury trunk for over $300 per trunk to be delivered on November 23rd. I placed this order in October for biggest client's top 3 executives. On Nov 23rd, rather than being delivered I received notification that one was set to be delivered. I called company and they had only one set to be sent but assured me it would be sent priority overnight. It was sent standard overnight. One sent to Utah was received Wed afternoon. Another was delivered on Wed at 1.20pm (closed for Thanksgiving) and the third was not delivered at all. Customer service never returned my calls or emails. We will never use this company again.
