GBYumi is a great company that cares… Yumi is a great company that cares about what I feed my baby. I like the fact that everything is organic and I can trust that my baby is getting the best nutrition available, and ingredients that are fresh and wholesome. Yumi is also very responsive if you have an issue with your order. We had two boxes ship with issues when they arrived, but when I got on the chat with Yumi, they handled my account and immediately escalated the issues. The only downside of the two encounters is that because Yumi prepares enough food for the boxes their shipping that week to prevent waste, if you have an issue there isn't a way to get another box for the week. We've supplemented with different food we purchased at the yumi shop, but it is a let down when it happens.

GBAMAZING Truly clean toddler snacks are very hard to find. My 15mo loves all of their products and eats them daily. There isn’t a single flavor he doesn’t love! As a mom, I love that it has a clean purity award. There are very few brands that earn that.

CAReceived a coupon for $35 off at Yumi… Received a coupon for $35 off at Yumi in a Babylist box. I added some items to my cart but the discount code would not work. Apparently it is only valid for the subscription which it does not say on the coupon, and the company is not taking orders right now so I wasted my time having to deal with customer support.

GBDon't Do It My baby has eaten anything put in front of him, except Yumi products. We canceled the subscription with confirmation of cancellation in the first 30 days. Yumi continued to charge our credit card. Not only was the charge more than the subscription price, but they charge our card weekly for months. When we realized what was happening, our money was refunded partially & I had to repeatedly contact customer service to advised they owed us more. This experience was unbelievable.
