GBMiss the purées and bites, but love their stuff. Great customer service! I miss the baby food purees and bites, but I still love the items you can buy from the stores. I recently had another baby and was looking for where I can buy the purées but it looks like they stopped. I reached out to customer service and they responded quickly, and sent me a food guide as they have pivoted from purées at the moment. Great customer service.

GBTerrible experience Terrible experience. Food arrives late and in a terrible condition . Open jars , leaking and have been on the UPS truck for half day. Couldn’t feed this to my daughter . Terrible customer service as well. They didn’t refund correctly. So I lost money and the food: very unprofessional!

GBSCAM OF A COMPANY WEBSITE IS EXTREMELY GLITCHY. Paid for a month's order. Baby HATED the food so i paused after 2 weeks. they automatically sent 3rd week after 2 weeks of being paused with 0 notification or warning. I called to complain, i talked to their online chat. they just dismissed me and ended the conversation. What a freaken waste of money.

GBIt’s very challenging to find a premade… It’s very challenging to find a premade snack for my toddler that is made with clean ingredients! Yumi checks every box and tastes so good! My daughter is obsessed and always grabs the box out of the pantry to ask for more! We will continue to buy all Yumi products. We started at the puffs and are enjoying the toddler snack bars now!

GBYumi is a great company that cares… Yumi is a great company that cares about what I feed my baby. I like the fact that everything is organic and I can trust that my baby is getting the best nutrition available, and ingredients that are fresh and wholesome. Yumi is also very responsive if you have an issue with your order. We had two boxes ship with issues when they arrived, but when I got on the chat with Yumi, they handled my account and immediately escalated the issues. The only downside of the two encounters is that because Yumi prepares enough food for the boxes their shipping that week to prevent waste, if you have an issue there isn't a way to get another box for the week. We've supplemented with different food we purchased at the yumi shop, but it is a let down when it happens.
