That took over seven weeks and you would not answer any emails or any other means of contact. Not good business practice. Tells me you are on the verge of going under. Would never do business with your company again.

GBExtremely poor customer service Extremely poor customer service. I purchased a bathrobe for my partner as a Christmas gift, and ordered it early to ensure it would arrive on time for Christmas. My partner opened the gift containing the bathrobe on Christmas Day, and it turns out the robe is too large for her. I asked to return it, but was refused because it did not fall within the 30-day return period. Even though I explained the reason for the delay (my partner could not open the gift until Christmas), and noted the bathrobe was unused and unworn, Lisa Hill at Grund refused to assist me and was rude in the process. Clearly, Grund cares about profits and not customer satisfaction.

GBI absolutely love the Asheville… I absolutely love the Asheville collection of rugs. Nothing else compares! My only slight complaint would be trying to get the two sizes in the same color when I want it. Also, the colors on the website don’t really match reality. I might suggest you post multiple pictures from different angles and maybe even brighter and dimmer light!

GBBath rug was shipped in flimsy plastic… Bath rug was shipped in flimsy plastic bag, which easily snagged in shipping. Rug was snagged. Had to be replaced. Customer service rep was very cordial - 5 stars on customer service rep. Would suggest using a more durable shipping bag of heavier plastic if you choose to ship in bag vs box. :-) Quality of rug is very good, thick/heavy, high quality cotton.
