GBI had an absolutely terrible… I had an absolutely terrible experience. Bath mat rugs did not match each other in color. And were different (yellowish) than the website. Emails from me to Customer Service were not responded to. I could not find a phone number to talk to live customer service rep. I had been a repeat (satisfied) customer. Extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism of GRUND. I deserve a full refund, yet there was no recourse or any way to connect with Grand that was responded to I will never shop with Grund again. If I sound mad I am. I am not someone who typically says ‘I’ll never shop there again’. In fact, I’m not sure I’ve ever said anything like that but in this case it’s true. Very bad experience.

GBUsed to Be Okay, But Now Avoid Them I ordered with them in the past but can't recommend them any longer. They sent the wrong color of product and customer service won't reply via email, website form or chat over the course of weeks, and they haven't gotten back to me about a return after a week of using their return process. Sadly, I suggest avoiding them.
